King rooms have one king-size bed, while Twin rooms have two separate queen-size beds.
 
Rates are per room per night, inclusive of International buffet breakfast served in the main restaurant of the Hotel.

City tax (not included) is € 5.00 per person per night up to 4 consecutive nights to be settled upon departure. The hotel reserves the right to amend the indicated rates in the event of changes to the tax law or the introduction of a new governmental levy and/or local taxes.

 Terms of payment for guests: Through this weblink you can book independently and enter your payment details. Accept the website cookies in order for it to function properly. Only one room can be booked at a time. At the time of booking a credit card will be required and it will be charged for the first night of the stay on June 15th 2026 CET, while the remaining room nights will be charged in full upon check-out.

Cancellation policy for guests: You can cancel or modify your reservation until June 14th 2026 CET. After that time, any cancellation will be fully charged at contracted rate (100%) on the credit card provided by guests upon reservation. No-show/late cancellation will be charged for the total amount of the pre-booked stay (100%). Early Departure will be charged equivalent to the daily room rate.

- Children up to the age of 18 years stay for free, however please note that only the following room categories are able to accommodate an additional sofa bed or roll away bed (so 3/4 guests). In addition to all their Suites:

- Access to the gym is complimentary for all guests; while entry to Eforea Spa Wellness are requires a fee of € 39 per person for 90 minutes relax at the hydrotherapy pool and whirlpool stations, waterfalls for neck massage, sauna, Turkish bath, ice waterfall, experience showers and relaxation area.

This is a room block. It's valid until 9th May 2026.

The property is a boutique hotel with 12 double rooms in total, ROTEO fine dining restaurant, GAIA mixology bar, and MUSA Beauty Area. Kindly note it's not close to the main towns.

- N. 1 x Apartment, located on the second floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and a spacious terrace with lake view: €2100/per room per night

All rooms are doubles, except for the Junior Suite with partial lake view, which also has a sofa bed. This has an additional cost of €100 per night if used as an extra bed. All rooms have a king size bed.

MUSA offers an à la carte breakfast service, which is not included in the room rates. Breakfast can be added at €35/person/night. You can choose from a wide intercontinental menu of fresh products, prepared daily by their talented chefs.

The city tax of €5 per person, per night, is payable by the individual guests at check-out.

Term of payment for guests: You have up to 90 days before check-in (9th May 2026) to send a booking request via email at annaandlorenzo@sposiamovi.it. At the time of confirmation, a credit card will be required. The hotel will then enter the reservation. From 29 days before arrival, the total stay will be charged and it will no longer be possible to cancel free of charge.  All unsold rooms, 90 days before check-in will be released and made available for general sale.

Policy of cancellation for guests: You may cancel free of charge up to 31 days prior to arrival.

Starting from December 1, 2025, management of the hotel will be taken over by Villa d’Este and Hotel Vista will be rebranded as Palazzo Venezia, where the elegance of the interiors and fabrics will blend harmoniously with the architectural refinement of the historic building and the attention to detail that makes Villa d’Este a truly unique destination in the world.

There is a room block of 10 rooms valid until 21st November 2025.

The city tax is not included in the rate. The current cost is €5 per person per night.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served at the hotel’s restaurant.

The rooms that have been held are all doubles (for two people). All beds are king size. Not all rooms can accommodate twin beds, so availability will need to be confirmed with the hotel at the time of request.

Terms of payment for guests: You can contact us at annaandlorenzo@sposiamovi.it before the expiration of the room block and you will receive a reservation form to complete and return, along with a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the estimated total. Payment can be done through bank transfer or payment link. Please note that the hotel will be able to accept payments starting from December 1st. Until then, credit cards will be held for guarantee purposes only, and the payment of 50% deposit will be processed at a later stage (even if, in case of cancellation the 50% deposit will be required and not refundable).

Cancellation policy for guests: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required. In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, the remaining 50% will not be charged. In case of late cancellation after this deadline, a 100% penalty will apply.

After the free cancellation period has ended, the remaining balance will be pre-authorized on the credit card provided through the booking form. In case of no cancellation, the pre-authorization will be released on the day of check-in and payment of the balance will be settled at the hotel upon departure.
